Thank you for shopping with Engravin Style. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Personalised/customised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Some items, such as final sale, discounted products, or perishable goods, are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@engravinstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Send the package back using the provided label within 14 days of receiving it.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or faulty products.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first to arrange the details.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
